Something to satisfy that nagging sweet tooth of yours, without feeling like you completely went off the rails with your nutrition!
Never restrict yourself from foods that bring you joy, just be conscious of the idea that "everything is in moderation". As cliché as that might be, it is absolute true when it comes to your eating habits....trust me! Just because you are someone that enjoys a little something sweet throughout the day doesn't mean that you have to devour a whole thing of cookies, in order to settle that craving. There are several ways accomplish that through consuming wholesome, nutrient dense foods.
These fudge pieces are very minimal and require very little time to prepare, with just FOUR ingredients you will be shocked at how yummy they taste. What makes them even better is that they are bite size which means you can take them on the go, and you can just pop one in your mouth when you need that sweet fix.
You might need to play around with the type of oil you use, as you may experience some separation upon freezing them. I used grapeseed oil and still found that to happen with some of the pieces, but it does not impact the taste by any means!
